The hotel is in a great location near parades, local restaurants, and a fantastic casino. The room was very clean, well-organized, and had a wonderful view of the city.

The building was beautiful and had a great location, making us feel safe. We only stayed for 3 nights but everything was top-notch. 🌟

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the easy access to the casino. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the French Quarter and right next to the open market. I also found it convenient to explore the greater New Orleans area. The staff was friendly and provided prompt service. I had a wonderful experience.

This place is conveniently located near Bourbon Street and within walking distance to both the Union train station and the French Quarter, making it easy to explore the area. The Steakhouse is also just a short 5 minute walk away, offering a delicious dining option nearby.

Stayed in a really big and modern room with a great view, loved it! The location was awesome, with the French Quarter just a short 10-15 minute stroll away. 🌆

The staff at Harrah's New Orleans Hotel & Casino were fabulous. The hotel's location was GREAT. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in our room, including a personal safe, cable channels, and a sitting area. The room was very clean. The on-site restaurant, The Steakhouse, was a bonus. We had dinner there.

Not much to be honest

Hotel was absolutely the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Floors in lobby and elevator were sticky and covered in just disgusting stuff. People had spit in the elevator and on and on. Told the concierge and she made up some excuse that the night staff never showed up. Also, paid for a certain kind of room, and got a tiny little room instead. Once again was told that there were no guarantees since I booked it through Booked.net.

The hotel is upscale and fairly clean with nice views of the town. The premium queen room is new-fashioned and neat. The staff are very friendly. The service at the bar is courteous. Location is incredible and magnificent, easy to reach by walking or by cab.

The spacious casino had a great atmosphere, with a good selection of slots and a smoke-free environment. The hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There were plenty of activities to do in and around the hotel, providing a lively and enjoyable experience.

The check-in process was unpleasant, with a rude and unhelpful staff member. They lectured about holding money on the credit card and resort fees for basic amenities.

Convenient promotion for free parking if you gamble for 30 min, must be used on the same day. Staff is helpful in explaining the process. Hotel is near the convention center. Good safety measures in place.

Get a fancy, updated room that comes with a comfy king-size bed, a coffee machine, and even a separate bedroom. 😍 The location is absolutely stunning and convenient, with nearby parking available.
